What We Do
novericav is a small online shop selling women's dresses into the United States. The range leans practical: shirt dresses and tunics you can wear to an office, wrap and midi styles for a weekend, and a smaller set of cocktail and wedding guest pieces for the occasions that need them. We would rather carry a short list we can describe accurately than a catalog nobody has looked at.
Where Orders Come From
Our stock is manufactured and held by a supplier in China. Each order is packed and dispatched from that partner warehouse straight to your address. We hold no inventory inside the United States, which is why delivery runs 11 to 17 business days rather than overnight. Publishing that number is deliberate; a shorter one would be easier to sell and impossible to keep.
Returns are handled domestically. Our returns facility is in Vernon Hills, Illinois, so a return never leaves the country.

The Denver address is a registered office held through a registered agent. There is no shop, no showroom and no stockroom at that address, and no parcel sent there will reach us. Please use the Illinois address for returns and email for everything else.
What This Costs You
The price on a product page is the price of the dress. Shipping is $7.95, and nothing at all once your subtotal passes $60 after discounts. Import duties are already paid, so the courier will not ask you for money. Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Things We Will Not Say
We are new. We do not have a decade of trading behind us, a wall of five-star reviews, or certifications nobody has issued us. You will not find any of those claims on this site, because inventing them would be the easiest possible way to lose your trust. Where a page states a fact, we can point to where it comes from.
Our legal entity is registered as NUVELLA COMMERCE GROUP LLC. That name describes the company on paper, not the product range. novericav sells dresses.
