Terms of service

These terms apply to novericav.com and to anything you buy from it. The site is operated by NUVELLA COMMERCE GROUP LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States, with a registered office at 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. "We", "us" and "novericav" refer to that company.

Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Eligibility

You need to be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Delivery addresses must be within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We sell to individuals for personal use, not for resale.

When the Contract Begins

A listing on this site invites you to buy; it is not an offer in the legal sense. Your order is the offer. The confirmation email confirms receipt, not acceptance. The contract exists once we dispatch the goods, and until then we may decline the order and refund you in full.

We may decline where an item has sold out, where the price or description was wrong, where payment cannot be authorized, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.

Price and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is $7.95 or free from $60 after discounts. Import duties are included and any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Our payment provider takes the payment at checkout. The Payment Policy sets out the detail, and it forms part of these terms.

If a price is wrong

We may cancel an order placed at an obviously incorrect price, even after confirmation, and refund you in full. You will hear from us first.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellation

Delivery estimates, served regions and carriers are in the Shipping Policy. The 30-day return window, free prepaid labels and refund timings are in the Refund and Returns Policy. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched. Both policies form part of these terms.

Descriptions

We describe items as accurately as the information from our supplier allows. Screen color varies and measurements carry a normal manufacturing tolerance, as set out in the Disclaimer.

Reviews

Any customer reviews shown here are genuine. We do not author them, pay for them, or offer anything in exchange for writing or amending one, and we do not suppress negative ones. This follows the Federal Trade Commission rule on consumer reviews and testimonials that took effect in 2024.

Using the Site

Do not use novericav.com to break the law, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or try to reach systems or accounts you are not entitled to.

Intellectual Property

The novericav name, the site design and our own words and images belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy site content for commercial use without written permission.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material here infringes your copyright, email support@novericav.com identifying the work, giving the URL of the material and your contact details, stating that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, and stating under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act. Valid notices are acted on and the material removed.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nothing here affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state, and nothing here limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Write to support@novericav.com first; most disagreements end there. If that fails, you are free to bring a claim in the courts of the state where you live, or in your local small claims court, and we will not argue that you must sue us somewhere else. Nothing in this section affects your rights as a consumer.
