Colors on a Screen

Every monitor and phone renders color a little differently, and dye lots vary between production runs. A dress may look a shade warmer or cooler in your hand than it did on your screen. We do not count a small difference as a defect. If what arrives is plainly not the item pictured, that is a wrong item and the Refund and Returns Policy covers it in full.

Measurements and Fit

Use the size guide on the product page where one is given, not only the size you normally buy. If a measurement you need is not listed, email support@novericav.com and we will get it from the supplier. These garments are produced overseas and the sizing does not always follow U.S. conventions. Measurements are taken flat and a tolerance of roughly an inch in either direction is normal for garments made this way.

Care and Safety

Follow the care label. Machine washing something marked hand wash or dry clean will damage it, and damage caused that way is not a manufacturing fault. Wearing apparel sold in the United States is subject to the general flammability standard at 16 CFR Part 1610; keep garments away from open flame and direct heat.
